    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cream cocoa , sugar , butter , salt , and eggs .
    cocoa: 6 heaping tbsp, sugar: 2 c, butter: 6 tbsp, salt: 1 pinch, eggs: 2

    Add baking soda to flour .
    baking soda: 2 tsp, flour: 2.5 c

    Stir in flour alternating with milk to cocoa mixture.
    milk: 2 c

    Add vanilla .
    vanilla: 2 tsp

    Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

    Bake for ⏱️ 45-55 min . (toothpick test)

    Frost when cake is cool.

    Frosting:

    In a saucepan bring brown sugar , white sugar , milk , and butter to a rolling boil for ⏱️ 2 min .
    brown sugar: 1 c, white sugar: 1 c, milk: 1/2 c, butter: 2 tbsp

    Add chocolate chips and beat until glossy.
    chocolate chips: 1 c

    Add vanilla .
